All of the lifting chains we sell here are either grade 80 or grade 100 chains, which are all approved by OSHA for overhead lifting purposes. Whether you are in need of a lifting chain for constructing slings, for use with a hoist or other rigging setups, these are the perfect products when only the toughest will do. The grade 100 models feature unmatched strength which is proven when you consider the fact that a 3/4" model has a working load limit of 35,300 pounds, compared to a 3/4" 80 grade which has a working load limit of 28,300 pounds.
When you are working in rugged environments, the 100 grade lifting chains are a great choice for a variety of reasons. Not only do they provide you with the ultimate in strength, but they can also be used in just about any type of environment. These can even be used in extreme temperatures of up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit without having their strength compromised in the long term. A grade 100 chain can also be used in higher temperature environments, but the working load limits will be permanently compromised by different levels depending upon the maximum temperature reached.
Each lifting chain we sell is available and priced by the foot, with the exception of 9/32" grade 80 models. Our 9/32" grade 80 chains are available in half drum quantities which is equal to around 400 linear feet. The maximum size we have for our grade 80 chains is 1", and we carry a maximum size of 7/8" for our grade 100 chains. The minimum size we carry for either model is 9/32". All of our overhead lifting chains are constructed of high-strength alloy. No matter what quantity of chain you need, you will find that the high-quality models we sell are offered at competitive prices along with the exceptional service we provide to all of our customers.
