Multiple Packages and Seasonal Deliveries

We see this question all year long, but around Christmas, it really starts to spike. 

If your order has multiple items and weights 25 pounds or more, there is a good chance that your order will split into two or more packages. Unfortunately, most of our fulfillment methods will only provide you the first tracking number from your order. In many cases, your packages will not arrive on the same day. If you call or contact us, we'll be happy to provide the additional tracking numbers, but in most cases, the additional package will arrive within a day or two. 

Of course, the Christmas season means an increase in package deliveries for all carriers, and this means additional delays and more packages being separated into different batches and handling facilities. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes, but rest assured that once the holiday rush is past, things settle back down to their normal pace with carriers and scheduled deliveries.
