Delivery Method

Our goal is to ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt of order.  If your order does not ship within 2 business days you will be contacted.  Orders will be shipped ground (UPS, FedEx,  SAIA) unless other arrangements are made. This may include expedited shipping. Please contact us if you require a tracking number.

Freight Policy

Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point, with freight costs and handling fees paid by Advantage Rigging LLC and charged to customer. Orders over U.S. $1000 before tax and freight (including any backorders) are shipped freight free. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for additional freight services ("Additional Freight Services"), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S., or other special handling by the carrier. Any extra charges incurred for Additional Freight Services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

Returns and Refunds: 
All returns must be approved before returning merchandise.  The buyer is responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise and shipping charges are non-refundable.  Items must be returned in unused and in resalable condition in original packaging. A 20% restock fee will be applied on all approved returns and returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.  Custom made items are not returnable.

Catalog/Website Information:

Advantage Rigging LLC reserves the right to correct publishing errors in its catalogs or any of its websites. Product depictions in the catalog or websites are for illustrative purposes only. Possession of, or access to, any Advantage Rigging LLC catalog, literature or websites does not constitute the right to purchase products.

Product Substitution:

Products (and country of origin) may be substituted and may not be identical to catalog or website published descriptions and/or images.
