These are available in either adjustable or fixed configurations and they come in spans up to 20 feet, with clearance under the I-beam available up to 12 feet. You can choose from either aluminum or steel construction, which will depend upon your specific needs. If your business requires a crane that can be torn down and moved easily you will want to consider the aluminum models. The aluminum models are available in weights as low as 112 pounds, making this an ideal gantry crane for when you need to transport your gantry crane from one job site to another.
Both the fixed and adjustable models of Spanco Gantry Cranes come equipped to handle loads between 1-3 tons. The adjustable cranes use a locking pin configuration to keep the unit secured at the height of your choose and these can be adjusted in 6" height increments. With spans of up to 20 feet wide these cranes are ideal for working on a wide variety of different projects or vehicles. Whether you need a crane for pulling engines out of vehicles or to hold large pieces of material when fabricating machinery, the Spanco Gantry Cranes are up for any job you can think of.
Spanco E-Series Gantry Cranes: The E-Series fixed height models are available in spans up to 12 feet with a ten foot height and 3 Ton maximum capacity. These also come in adjustable configurations with a span of 11 feet 6 inches and a maximum adjustable height between 7-14 feet depending upon the model, these also have a 3 ton maximum capacity. The E-Series models are only available in steel construction configurations.
Spanco A-Series Gantry Cranes: The A-Series cranes are available in three different models which are fixed steel construction, adjustable steel construction, and adjustable aluminum construction. These are available with a maximum capacity of up to 3 tons, (2 tons for aluminum model). The steel models can be ordered with spans up to 40 feet and beam heights up to 16 feet. The aluminum models are offered with spans up to 20 feet and heights of 12 feet under the I-beam.
