The numerous advantages offered by chain slings make them the obvious choice for rigging work in rugged conditions. They are the most cost effective type of sling that can be used in harsh environments and the rugged material resists wear that is found on other materials when working with abrasive materials. All of the chain slings we carry are available in single, double, triple, and quad leg configurations with reach lengths between 5' and 10'. We can also custom fabricate just about any length or configuration that you need. The grade 100 slings are available in link sizes ranging from 9/32" up to 7/8", with the grade 80 slings available in sizes of 9/32" to 1". In a single leg sling configuration the grade 80 1" material has a maximum vertical load of 47,700 lbs. The maximum size 7/8" grade 100 material has a maximum vertical load of 42,700lbs when used in a single leg configuration.
Our chain slings offer you the highest quality and ultimate durability, while still being offered at a competitive price. All of our chain slings can be custom fabricated to meet whatever rigging needs you may encounter. Another great benefit of using chain slings is that parts are replaceable and repairable so you do not have to discard the whole thing when on part wears out. This is just one of the many factors that make these a great choice when purchasing new slings for rigging.
